Do you offer discounts for select groups?
Yes! We offer 15% for fire, police, nurses, school staff, senior citizens and military. Email aloha@pineapplelife.com to inquire.

Do I have to bring a yoga mat?
Yes, or you can purchase or rent one in studio.

Why do you charge a late fee if I cancel within 6 hours or no show?
We have limited space and want to be fair to all our guests. When a class is waitlisted and you don't show, that takes away a chance for another guest to get in.

Do I have to sign up for a class or sauna or can I just show up?
You do need to pre-register as some of our classes do fill and saunas can get busy. You can register and pay through our app, website, in studio or by calling 425-908-9030.

Is it necessary to be a member?
Nope! We welcome class packs, drop ins, Classpass and partner with several employee sponsored benefit programs. You do save money by becoming a member if you visit 2 or more times a week, however!

How do I know what the best pricing option is for me?
It's simple! If you attend more than 2 times per week, membership is your best value. If you attend less than that, class packs will be your best value. Annual pre paid membership is the best value for those committed to consistency as you pay for 10 months and get 12!

What is the policy on late arrival?
Out of respect for the other students we do not allow late entry as it is extremely disruptive. Clear instruction at the beginning of classes as well as proper stretching is essential to providing a safe experience for all. We appreciate your understanding and respect of this policy.

Do you only offer hot yoga?
Absolutely not! We offer non-heated yoga as well as a large variety of fitness classes including barre, pilates, TRX. We believe in variety to avoid hitting peaks or being less motivated.

What should I wear?
Loose comfortable clothing that is easy to move in will be most enjoyable for you. Most people prefer to go barefoot, but for some of our fitness classes, shoes are encouraged. Always feel free to ask the instructor or the front desk attendant for a particular class. For aerial yoga, we ask that you remove jewelry and avoid zippers, snaps and buttons.

How much notice is required to cancel class or sauna attendance to avoid a late penalty?
We require 6 hours notice so that we can offer your space to another client. We understand that emergencies arise sometimes. If you are unable to cancel within that time period, please email aloha@pineapplelife.com. The penalty is $25.
