For our founder, Brandi, yoga was the key to overcoming chronic asthma symptoms and being able to live a healthy, happy life.
Through consistent practice and simple lifestyle changes—like incorporating Himalayan salt therapy—Brandi saw her health improve dramatically.
Inspired by this, she created Pineapple Life to help others experience the same impact. Today, our studio is a space where people can breathe easier, find balance, and transform their lives through the power of yoga and wellness.

A Place of Grounding
Since our inception, Pineapple Life has been a sanctuary for grounding and peace. During the pandemic, we made every effort to stay open, believing that in times of uncertainty, our community needed us most—and we delivered. This commitment continues to guide us today.

Teacher Training: Empowering New Leaders
We’ve trained hundreds of yoga teachers, allowing them to deepen their practice and expand their skills. By doing so, we empower them to become agents of change in their own lives and in the lives of those they touch.
