Refund Policy

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and are for studio credit only.

  • New, unused condition only, with tags and packaging intact.

  • The original sale must be verified in our system.

  • Any remaining refund due on an exchange will be applied as a studio credit

  • Clearance and other final sale items are not eligible for return or studio credit

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
