This learning exercise helps employees learn how to step back from stressful situations, observe them from a different perspective, and find positive solutions. This is ideal for companies reporting higher than desired levels of anxiety and/or depression amongst employees. Your experience includes: -60 minutes of in-person guidance including breath work and movement for inspiring peace. Interactive learning activity. -Tool Kit handout for tips learned in the experience to use in real life. Cost: -Starting at $115. per team member for wellness delivered in person at your workplace. -Minimum of 5 team members for an in person workplace experience.
