A yoga class thoughtfully created to reduce stress, increase focus and ease tension is the perfect addition to your workplace event. Through a sequence of yoga postures that are attainable to all levels, the mind and body of each employee will be upgraded to a state of peace. For optimal results, schedule our Yoga to Calm, Center + Focus session at the beginning of a conference or event your team has planned. Yoga mats, water, and aloha are provided by Pineapple Life.
