Yoga - Mindful Movement Class

In this class, we combine several powerful practices to promote holistic well-being.

Through breath practice, you will learn to cultivate a deep connection with your breath, using it as a tool to anchor your awareness and invite calmness into your being. Slow movement exercises will guide you towards gentle, intentional movements, allowing you to connect more deeply with your body and tap into its innate wisdom.

Mindful Movement is a warm 75 - 80.

Please bring a mat. Mats are available for rental or purchase in the studio.

Yoga - Zodiac Kundalini Class

Zodiac Kundalini Yoga offers the practices we need to access our deepest sense of well-being while astrology and kundalini offer tools to navigate time and our true-life purpose with a calm and clear focus. When combined, they form a powerful practice that can catapult you on the path to becoming the optimal version of yourself. Combining yoga and breath with astrology and sound healing is the ultimate yoga experience.

 

Class is all levels, all welcome, always. Class is slightly heated and is a fabulous way to get your mind right.

 

Zodiac kundalini is heated to 75 -80.

 

Please bring a yoga mat (available for rental or purchase in the studio), water, and an open mind

Yoga - YINyasa Class

Yinyasa is a hybrid of two styles of yoga - yang (active) and yin (passive). The first half of class begins with an energetic flow to cultivate strength, balance, and mental flexibility. The second portion of class slows down to incorporate longer passive, therapeutic holds, targeting ligaments and joints.

 

This is an all-levels class that will leave you feeling simultaneously relaxed and revived.

 

Yinyasa is a warm 75 - 80.

 

Please bring a mat. Mats are available for rental or purchase in the studio.

Yoga - Deep Stretching Yin Class

Enjoy deliciously deep, long-held stretches filled with guided meditation and powerful insights into relaxing both mind and body. Yin yoga reduces the risk of back pain, while improving circulation and respiration.

 

Taking place in our stunning Himalayan Salt Studio, you will also receive the benefits of salt therapy - reducing inflammation, improving respiratory and cardiovascular systems, pain reduction and considerable relief from arthritis and/or joint pain.

 

Deep stretching yin is heated to 75 -80.

 

Please bring a mat and water to class. Mats are available for rental or purchase in studio.

Yoga - Hatha Class

Hatha is a beautiful practice connecting movement (asana) with breath, providing a meditative experience for the mind as well as physical expansion for the body. Heat will be turned up a bit (105-110) to allow for deeper expression of posture, greater flexibility, and a boost for the cardiovascular as well as respiratory system. 

 

Taking place in our stunning Himalayan Salt Studio, you will also receive the benefits of salt therapy - reducing inflammation, improving respiratory and cardiovascular systems, pain reduction and considerable relief from arthritis and/or joint pain.

 

Hatha is heated to 105 -110

 

Class is intended for all levels- we encourage you to honor your body's capabilities and allow for growth over time with a committed practice.

 

Please bring a yoga mat (can rent or purchase in studio) and a water bottle.
