This summer, join us for three guided hikes through the Pacific Northwest — each designed to support your mental clarity, physical strength, and soulful connection to nature.

Led by your favorite Pineapple instructors and limited to just 12 spots, each adventure will feature a challenging hike, concluding with a restorative experience
(sound bowls, healing circles, etc.)

Move mindfully on this moderate trail, then settle into deep relaxation with yoga and sound healing led by Derek Koo & Cheryl Yamamoto at the river.

BODY | Alpine Strength Hike
Challenge yourself with a stunning 9-mile alpine lake hike led by Kathy Mattioda. Big views, big effort — and a huge sense of accomplishment.

Each hike ends with a unique offering like yoga, intention setting, sound healing, or breathwork — designed to reflect the theme of the day.

What to expect:

  • Small group hikes (12 max) led by trusted Pineapple instructors

  • Recommended pack-out lists will be sent out ahead

  • Mindfully paced experiences with breaks, and a rest at the top

  • Trails that challenge and uplift — mentally and physically

  • Follow all leave no trace principles (respect the trail)
