Why I Started Pineapple
"For most of my life, I struggled with severe asthma, relying on medications that felt more like temporary fixes than true healing. Everything changed when I discovered yoga! Through breathwork, movement, meditation, and natural healing practices like Himalayan salt therapy, I experienced a transformation—one that allowed me to reclaim my health, sustainably and naturally.
Inspired by this journey, I opened Pineapple Life to share these discoveries with my community here on Snoqualmie Ridge. What started as a personal mission has grown into a thriving space of wellness, connection, and transformation for all who walk through our doors. No matter where you are on your path, you belong here."
