  • Why Pineapple?

I love the community of kindness at Pineapple Life and I love EVERYTHING we offer - yoga, fitness, and wellness. The most rewarding part for me is seeing the true healing take place here. What prompted me to get into yoga and healing was extreme childhood trauma. I found yoga and meditation to be the healthiest outlets of energy, as well as a way to transform that energy and to heal myself.
