I love an epic cinematic playlist during a Yin practice and will usually play hip hop and/or pop during Vinyasa. Also my Hatha is known to be heavily influenced by Hawaiian jams!

 

Why Pineapple?

The Pineapple management, staff and community is the most welcoming, accepting and warmest studio I've ever been a part of, bar none. I love the judgement free zone and of course our beautiful himalayan salt wall! Yoga is also a means for me to achieve calm, peace, and balance (literally)!
