Why Pineapple?

Yoga spa, fitness keeps me grounded and sane! Seriously, got into yoga to help with my anxiety as a young parent and it helped me so much, as I progressed - I wanted to teach in an effort to help other mamas like me! I just love the way a healthy strong body makes me feel holistically - mind, body & spirit

Who or what motivates you?

Masters level (55+) CrossFit games athletes. I want to be one when I grow up!! Which isn’t that far away…
