Why Pineapple?

I am so excited to teach in the community where I live. I love that I can walk to the studio and I look forward to building a yoga community here!

Who or what motivates you?

Life often feels chaotic and overwhelming but when I step into a yoga room and my class takes their first collective breath together it’s as if all of the disjointed pieces fall into place. I just love the practice and being able to guide students through their own practice is such a gift.
