We are here to help provide mind/body wellness through yoga, fitness, mindfulness and resiliency training. *Interactive session *Choice of Yoga or Fitness *Accessible guided movement *Relatable tips for mindfulness Included in your experience: -60 minutes of in person guidance. -Interactive learning activity. -Materials to support a perspective of change to that of opportunity and positivity. -$115 per team member for an in person workplace experience. Minimum of 5 team members.
