On July 17th, from 10 am to 12 pm, experience the rhythms of nature and join us for a blissful morning of sound healing, massage and gentle yoga by the beautiful shores of Chism Beach Park. Led by Cheryl Yamamoto and Alex Scott, this event is designed to help you both relax and rejuvenate your body and mind. Experience the transformative power of sound as you enjoy a 60-minute journey of deep relaxation and inner harmony during a sound bath session while our very own licensed massage therapist Alex Scott employs her seasoned Massage skills. She will utilize her hands-on touch to soothe your muscles and leave you feeling rejuvenated and completely relaxed in your body. All ages are welcome to join in this uplifting and inclusive event. Be sure to bring along your yoga mat and water bottle for your comfort and hydration. And why not make a day of it? After our session, linger at the beach and enjoy a picnic amidst the beauty of the park, soaking in the sunshine and the sounds of nature.
